Hello and thank you for stopping by! My name is Michaella and I am a medical school wife (in addition to my professional career, of course). My husbands name is Geoff and in July/August 2015 we started this journey called medical school. While medical school is only 4 years, it extends so much beyond that.
We both grew up in the beautiful state of Washington in the Pacific Northwest. Geoff and I went to the same high school and didn’t start dating till after we graduated. Our college years were spent doing long distance, and while it didn’t come without its challenges, I am thankful for the lessons it has taught us. We now reside in the dessert of Las Vegas, Nevada! Quite the weather change if you ask me. However, we have grown to love the change and the beauty of the dessert.
We look forward to sharing our journey of the past several years of medical school and the years afterwards (residency, fellowship, practice…etc). Hopefully you’ll be along for the ride!
